+ - How can I try on my frames to see which ones fit me best?

Once you’ve found the pair you like, use our unique AI try-on feature by clicking on TRY ON. It'll take you to Try On Feature, which is just like a virtual mirror. You can try on as many of our frames as you want.

+ - What is included in each order of glasses?

The frame, lenses, cleaning cloth and a storage pouch.

+ - What are the shipping options?

We offer free domestic standard shipping in South Africa with every order of glasses. To arrange for shipping within the SADC region, please contact us at hello@spexsy.com for assistance.

+ - When will I receive my order?

You will receive your order within 4 days of confirmation of payment. If there are any delays with fitting your prescription lenses, we will notify you to make further arrangements.

+ - What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We endeavour to ensure that all orders are received in good time, however, we might have the occasional logistical or lab challenge. In such situations, we will communicate with you through your preferred means to make other arrangements. If your order is not received at all, please contact us at hello@spexsy.com with your order number, and tracking number for further investigation on our part.
