This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should therefore read alongside our main Terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. We use a third-party Courier Company to ship your products, and while we will endeavour to make sure your product reaches you in good time, please note that delays are subject to the Courier Company’s terms and conditions.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free Standard shipping on all domestic orders. Once your orders has been packaged and queued for shipping, we will send an email will your tracking information.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O boxes.

Orders will be shipped and delivered only on Monday – Friday during business hours, excluding public holidays.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED

If a delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
